The house can accomodate up to 5 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, while watching the ships passing silently across the blue Aegean Sea. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or small group of friends!

The Serenity House-Villa Apollon

Two traditional villas, Villa Apollon and Villa Aphrodite, are parts of the Serenity House. They share a private land of six acres full of small olive trees, citrus and fruitful trees. New built, on a hill named Korfos, follow cycladian architecture, with comfortable interiors and terrific outdoor spaces with a pool shared for both Villas. The Serenity House ensures tranquility, contact with nature,spectacular sea view and enchanting sunset. Each villa is ideal for a family or two couples.

Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Valeria's House

Traditional Cycladic cave - villa made of wood and stone. Panoramic view of Adamas and the port. Large openings allow light to pass unhindered into the space and act as a tableau vivant on the theme of the natural environment. At 40 sq.m. of the interior are included: bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. The outdoor area has a swimming pool. Complete privacy, peace and quiet. Apartment of 70sqm on ground floor in residential area of Pollonia , just 4 min on foot from the center and 2 min from sea shore . Pool and terrace totally protected from North winds and for your private use only. The house is in calm neighbourhood of Pollonia only 300 m from the center with restaurants and shops and 200 m from the sea. Daily cleaning is included and optional during your stay .

Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
