Two traditional villas, Villa Apollon and Villa Aphrodite, are parts of the Serenity House. They share a private land of six acres full of small olive trees, citrus and fruitful trees. New built, on a hill named Korfos, follow cycladian architecture, with comfortable interiors and terrific outdoor spaces with a pool shared for both Villas. The Serenity House ensures tranquility, contact with nature,spectacular sea view and enchanting sunset. Each villa is ideal for a family or two couples.

This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa has a nice garden with a 50- square-meter swimming pool, a BBQ, a pizza oven. 30 minutes from the airport or Athens. Ideal also for remote work, 200 Mbps internet.

This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house.
