The Serenity House-Villa Apollon

Two traditional villas, Villa Apollon and Villa Aphrodite, are parts of the Serenity House. They share a private land of six acres full of small olive trees, citrus and fruitful trees. New built, on a hill named Korfos, follow cycladian architecture, with comfortable interiors and terrific outdoor spaces with a pool shared for both Villas. This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.
