Our house is exclusively used commercially (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as a whole (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. The design is based on an urban style with high demands on materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, wall colours inspired by Farrow & Balls combine comfort with high quality.

Our apartment has 2 cozy bedrooms, one of which can be used as a multifunctional room: bedroom and/or living room. Large bedroom with king size bed (180 x 200) and baby travel cot if desired. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table has a seating area with armchairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The apartment also features a separate toilet and washing machine. Beautiful views of Oderberger Straße towards Mauerpark from the balcony. Free Wi-Fi. With elevator.
