You have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay. There is also the beautiful Café Meana which welcomes you every day from 2-10 pm. S-Bahn Wollankstr. is 5 minutes to walk, from there you can reach Friedrichstr. in only 10 Minutes and Potsdamer Platz or Alexanderplatz in only 15 Minutes.

A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the centre. In 20 minutes, you'll be on Alexanderplatz with the Open House. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet housing estate in the middle of Berlin. House Prerow is a one-room apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

In the north of Berlin and only 20 minutes from the center you will find our beautiful vacation home. On 65 square meters is everything you need during a visit to Berlin. The house with 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 7 people. Under the covered terrace or on the 30 sqm sun terrace, you can perfectly relax after a city stroll and end the day. We are a young family and also live on the premises. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
