Vacation apartment on the Dahme in Berlin Köpenick

Sunny 4-room apartment with loggia on the water with garden and barbecue area, swimming in the Dahme or relaxing in the small pool. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. As well as a kettle and coffee maker. There is a double bed 180 × 200 in the lock. In the Logia room there are two single beds separated or can be placed together. In the park room there is another double bed 180 x 200 As well as two sofa beds one in the living room to the garden outside and one in the loggia. Wifi is everywhere

The hustle and bustle of the big city can hardly be felt here, but rather a business of its own for decades with the well-known warm Berlin mice in the real Berlin air. Restaurant with wonderful food is right by the house. For young guests there is an ice cream shop at the playground, and pizza caps across the road. The apartment is not far from Charlottenburg Castle, Olympic Stadium, Grunewald, 15 minutes' walk from the ICC trade fair halls at the Funkturm, 25 to Ku-Damm, a few steps from Lake Lietzensee.

Stylish flat + Japanese garden/patio in great area

Our flat is on a little peninsula on the river - it's so quiet that it feels like you are in the countryside (perfect after a day of city sightseeing) yet it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. It is close to cafes, bars, clubs and a large supermarket. Across the river/lake there are numerous beer gardens, restaurants, parks and peddle boats for hire etc. This is our actual home so care has been taken in many aspects. Possibility to also use our bikes/trailer(s).

Cafes, restaurants and bars in the Wrangelkiez are just minutes away and in the adjacent park you can take a leisurely break from everyday life. Due to the excellent location, the bus and U Bhf Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor are within walking distance in 3 minutes and there is public parking right in front of the house and on the Landwehr Canal.

Our apartment is barrier-free and is located directly at the Adlershof Landscape Park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and BER airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Still the apartment is quietly located. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a charging facility for electric cars is right outside the door. There is always a parking space in our residential area. A highchair and travel crib are provided.

Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of Berlin's most popular residential areas. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by federal highway,S-Bahn and U-Bahn in only about 15-20 minutes. By bike and on foot you can relax in the countryside by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Usually check in from 15:00 - 17:00 and check out by 10:00.
