Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Modena

I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Bologna. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home from day one. The location is brilliant very walkable into the centre or to the local shops. It is very peaceful and you feel in a real community. The apartment likewise had everything you would need for longer stays and we felt upset to leave. Great host who is really responsive.

Paola was very friendly and the Airbnb itself is super fine, especially for Italian standards. It's in the center of bologna so don't expect to have silent nights, there is a bar directly at the corner. Apart from that it's a super cozy apartment and I would definitely book it again 👍

Superbe séjour tout étai parfait la proximité avec le centre-ville est idéal, personnellement, j'ai loué les vélos, c'était top pour passer à travers les embouteillages. Cordialement

Super cute apartment with a view across the valley. Beautiful place to wait out a rainstorm in. Loved the kitchen with a lot of light. Everything was very tastefully decorated, clearly with a personal touch. Stefano was super nice and welcoming.

Prelep smestaj, i divan i ljubazan domacin koji je uvek na raspolaganju u svakom momentu. Nas 6 smo uzivali u cistom i Preleom smestaju u samom centru grada. Sigurno cemo se vratiti ponovo.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje en tuin zijn geweldig. Ook de parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt. Perfecte plek om te verblijven als je naar Bologna gaat.

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Alvise's place was modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Hosts were easy to reach, and met us on the first day. Host had clean instructions and great recommendations on what's around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place!

The apartment was cost. The garden was really cosy and private. It was clean and very cute inside. Eleonor was very responsive and helpful. They had everything in the kitchen and only trouble we had was to find the apartment in the map it was not correct but I called and Eleonor helped me directly. The location is just perfect near to everything but still quiet and private.

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

L'appartamento di Cristian è in un ottimo quartiere che, aldilà della mia preferenza soggettiva per la zona, è ricco di servizi pur essendo di poco fuori dalle mura del centro storico, ma in un quartiere decisamente più tranquillo. L'appartamento è spazioso e molto curato nei dettagli, con un'attenzione particolare per la pulizia degli spazi e per la biancheria. Il terrazzino è una piccola chicca che sicuramente fa godere maggiormente del tempo passato in casa. La comodità del parcheggio è impareggiabile. Cristian è una persona alla mano, disponibile sia al telefono con consigli proattivi sulla zona e sulle attività, sia al momento del check-in. Tutto estremamente consigliato.

We had another wonderful one month stay at Carlo’s apartment. It is bright and spacious with tasteful furniture. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. We love the terrace where we can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The large bathroom is bright and has a bathtub and shower. The washing machine is easy to use. There is abundant storage space in each room of the apartment. The upstairs bedroom conveniently has a second bathroom. My favorite thing about the bedroom is having windows on all sides with a panoramic view of Bologna. There is an elevator that takes you up to the front door on the third floor. The apartment is located a few steps from the City Center and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. As a host, Carlo is always helpful and responsive. We like his apartment so much that we stay there again and again when we visit Bologna.

Very comfortable and convenient stay! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay at Luciana’s place - there are tons of restaurants nearby, you can explore the entire center of Bologna walking from the apartment. No complaints, I would stay here again

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Geweldig appartement in Bologna. Net buiten de stadsmuur waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Elena reageerde snel en ving ons op bij de locatie om alles uit te leggen. Ideaal dat er een privé parkeerplaats was waar onze auto veilig en gratis kon staan. Appartement was niet groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien: een fijn bed, moderne en schone badkamer en keuken, wasmachine en een balkon. Absolute aanrader!

Barbara sin leilighet er nydelig. Den er smakfullt innredet og alt er nytt og delikat. Vi hygget oss hver morgen med frokost på den koselige terrassen og spiste middag der de kveldene vi ikke spiste på restaurant. Barbara skaffet oss også en ekstra solstol slik at vi begge kunne sitte ute å slappe av og lese. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig og sjarmerende område. Vi følte oss hjemme her. Vi benyttet parken, som ligger rett over veien, veldig mye. Det var deilig å gå morgentur i parken, drikke kaffe på en av de små kafeene, eller ta et glass på et av serveringsstedene der før middag. Det at leiligheten ligger så sentralt i forhold til bussholdeplass var også helt perfekt. Man kommer seg raskt med bussen til sentralstasjonen og kan reise med tog på dagsturer til byene rundt. Vi bodde hos Barbaras i 10 døgn og elsket både byen og leiligheten. Dessuten er Barbara et veldig elskverdig menneske. Vi gleder og allerede til neste gang vi skal besøke Bologna. Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

Enrico ci ha accolte al nostro arrivo con calore e simpatia, nonostante fosse un giorno festivo! Ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su come ottimizzare i nostri tre giorni. Casa sua e’ davvero accogliente e arredata con gusto! Non manca nulla, anche per un brevissimo soggiorno come il nostro!

Damiana’s appartement is fantastisch. Het is gelegen in een prachtig gebouw op een geweldige locatie op loopafstand van de highlights van Bologna. Hoewel vlakbij het centrum is het binnen stil en de slaapkamer heerlijk rustig. Het is fijn wakker worden in de ochtend op dakterras of einde middag daar een drankje doen. De buurt heeft talloze geweldige restaurants. Damiana is een geweldig lieve host. Ze gaf ons een warm welkom, heeft fijne tips voor de buurt en was heel flexibel en reageert snel op vragen. Dankjewel voor de geweldige week Damiana!
