The Little House of Grimpadou

Very small accommodation simply furnished for two in a small outbuilding, in the middle of the medieval city of Montcuq. It is attached to the owners' house, but it has a private entrance and direct access to the garden. Ideal for lovers of hiking, nature outings or old stones. The kitchen area is separated from the small living room. The bedroom is on the mezzanine and overlooks the living room. Bathroom under the bedroom. Warning: the hot tub has been removed.

Restored former farmhouse cottage

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Moulin à vent

Located in the heart of Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a pied-à-terre for a tourist stay. Restored while retaining its original soul (wings moving with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists of a small equipped kitchen, living room on the ground floor, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor, and a bedroom on the 2nd floor. Outside, a terrace with table. Breakfast with farm products included for 1 night.

Rental for transit or short-term

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. Breakfast included (coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurts, pastries, butter, jam)

Air-conditioned attic

These attic arranged in 2020, above my main home, have totally independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!

Nestled in the picturesque countryside of the Gers, our little bolt hole offers a peaceful retreat from the daily grind. We are one of three residences in a tiny hamlet, surrounded by rolling hills to explore, by foot or on bike. We are only a 5 minute drive from local amenities, and 15 minutes from the popular and picturesque village of Lectoure.

Maison de la Tauge

The 70 m2 Tauge house, completely independent of the owners', is located 3 minutes from the Toulouse-Montauban highway and all shops. It is on one level with access to the garden, and would be ideal for business stays, or tourist discoveries. Parking is fenced and closed. The house does not accept electric car charging.
