The location is optimal: The main station is 5 minutes walk away, the next bus stop & shopping facilities are just around the corner. I try to make it nice for my guests here - so that you can feel a little bit at home far away from home!

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.
