Forest all around, ocean 10 minutes away, shops on site, beautiful life in perspective :) The independent studio is located in the outbuilding of the house and includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is to be shared with me and is located in the main house (fridge in the studio). Shared access also to the covered terrace called Chill zone with electricity and sofa. Our little house has brought us a lot of sweetness to live for more than 20 years, we offer it for rent for this summer. The villa is adjoining, with an area of 60m2 with a terrace of 18m2. You will enjoy the joy of being able to get to Les Bourdaines beach in less than 5 minutes on foot. Le Penon Market is a 5-minute bike ride away as well as a bakery and convenience store.
