The house is beautiful, elegant, modern. The spaces are large and full of light. It is in a green and very quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Barbarano beach. Many services where you can go on foot, without wasting time and getting stressed in traffic: within 100 m: supermarket, two bars for breakfast or aperitif, tennis and football courts. Gardone lakeside and shops for shopping. There is also an adventure park for kids. Our swimming pool is open from May 1th to October 10th.

Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.

La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
