very nice apartment, well designed. matches the descriptions well. Linette is available for the check-in procedure. very easy to park next to the apartment, which is a real plus in the city center. We were only there for one night but everything is done for our comfort. we'll be back with pleasure.

Everything was as announced, Julia gave clear advises how to reach, to enter etc. etc, During our stay it was (unexepected) very cold outside but the heating was excellent, the wood fired oven was heating greatly. Our dog loved the garden. Julia even prepared a sheet for the dog etc. Location is good to reach many places in Auvergne, Murol castle also just a few minutes to walk and the lake is also very close. Summary: Nice house, nicely equipped, everything available what needed. Super quiet surrounding / area around. Julia is a great host. (When we arrived there were flowers on the table, pick up and arranged by her daughter)

We had a lovely stay, 6 adults and 3 children (5 months, 1 year and 4 years) The house is very functional and very well-equipped. (Toys, high chairs, baby bed…) Large garden, heated pool, plancha/charcoal barbecue… everything is there. And the concierge, Nicolas, is attentive and always available.

ideal house to spend a week with family or friends . The view is sublime from some place where you are. The space is ideal for being able to isolate. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Finally the location is great for enjoying the area.

The house is close to Royat, in the countryside, in a green setting and a peaceful neighborhood. The house is very spacious, with a very large living room, and very bright. All rooms have beautiful volumes and are pleasant to live in. A large outdoor veranda with a beautiful terrace are very nice. The garden is beautiful, with small trees. We really appreciated the quality of the bedding, in the 3 bedrooms. The decor of the 3 bedrooms is warm, soft and sober. Bathroom very spacious also and convenient. Marie and Thierry were available as soon as we needed advice and welcoming. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

This large house overlooks it. It has a nice view of Clermont and the Puy Mountains. Large living room, beautiful rooms. The pool of about ten meters is lovely. Well located, this house is half an hour from the main summer activities. Easy to communicate with the owner who is very attentive.
