Charming furnished studio adjoining our house but totally independent, classified 2 stars, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the beach. A double bed on the mezzanine. Independent entrance that leads to a living room with sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people and TV. Just behind a kitchen with hob,sink, toaster, normal coffee maker plus senseo and microwave and mini oven as well as a table. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
