Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Apartment Terra 2 is in a very quiet area of Playa Blanca, in a residential development, very well located 300 meters from the sea, a beautiful promenade, bars and restaurants. This apartment has everything you need to have a few days of relaxation and disconnection, in one of the most beautiful cities in Lanzarote. A 4 x 10 meter pool, which is shared with the owners and another apartment, a spacious and very comfortable outdoor kitchen that can be used with a reservation.

Casa del Faro is located in area of Faro Park, 5 min drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. Master bedroom which is 2 single beds with an en-suite, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed (1.50m). Large terrace area and private, heated pool. There are two bathrooms, one with walk in shower and the other with a bath and shower. Indoor & outdoor dining. Private, heated pool, heated November – June to 28 degrees centigrade! Bedrooms have the use of air conditioning (coin operated).

Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.

Villa Tamara

Located on the west side of Playa Blanca, Villa Tamara is ideal for those who do not want to rent a car. There is a selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, and the beautiful seafront promenade, is also nearby. The bus stop stops 5 min. from the villa; the bus leaves every 30 min. 7 days a week and visit all the most notable places in the city. The villa has a private terrace upstairs where the master room is.
