Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monte Testaccio

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Despite the 2-hour delay of our plane and a more than late arrival, Matteo was very flexible and our arrival went very well! The tips for transportation (to the center or the airport) were very helpful! Thank you for this stay:-)

The beautiful apartment was historical and cozy! The terrace was the best part and very well maintained. There’s a lift to this top floor apt which was helpful for transporting luggage and groceries. The property manager Maria met us at check-in and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as suggestions of what to do in the area. She was incredibly helpful and touched base throughout our stay to make sure that we were OK. Despite being in the middle of the city, the location was very quiet aside from the birds and the ringing of church bells (only once in the evening) which made a wonderful backdrop to cocktails on the terrace. Would definitely stay here again. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and Palentine ruins, a six minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and right next-door to the Pantheon. Highly recommend Andrea‘s place.

The accommodation is as described and is a 15-minute walk from the gardens of Villa Borghese. Celeste is available and welcoming. She helped us resolve a very annoying situation. We recommend it +++

We stayed for 3 nights in this accommodation during the May 1st bridge. The apartment is very nice and well furnished, the location is excellent as it is very close to Piazzale Caravaggio from where you can easily reach the center of Rome. Alessandro was very friendly during our stay. Surely if we go back to Rome we will choose it again.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and you can enjoy some nature and the outdoors . Daniela and her mom have been very kind and decisive. And the neighborhood is lovely with a bit of life and very local people. Undoubtedly we recommend it above all for long stays as it rests very well .

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

What a stunning home for a visit to Rome. I found myself noticing new pieces of artwork throughout our stay. It is a beautiful place in a great location extremely close to the forum. Mattresses are firm which was great and we appreciated the AC and the tips for local restaurants, etc.

I traveled with my family (big group) and we really enjoyed everything! The best part is the location, it is really near to every you want!

Lovely little apartment in a great neighbourhood, perfect if you want to get away from the more touristy areas of Rome. Kitchen was well stocked too if you want to try some cooking

We loved staying here with lots of opportunity to take in the colosseum. We were also able to walk further into central area easy enough. Nice apartment with lots of natural light.

We had a fantastic stay in Rome and in Michael’s apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish, clean and in a fantastic location just 5 minutes walk to the Forum and Colosseum. The views are amazing from the terrace. There are many good restaurants on the doorstep. Isabella and Michael recommended a lit of good places to eat and visit. A highlight for us was the Vespa with side car ride at night. We can’t wait to come back.

Marina’s place in Rome is a great spot, near the Vatican! Marina was always very attentive and very nice host. She always assisted us with whatever we needed and I hope to stay again in her lovely apartment.
