A beautifully renovated semi-detached farmhouse in the tranquil hamlet of Le Lavanchy between Montriond and Lac de Montriond, 3.6km. from the centre of Morzine, and less than 5km from the Ardent ski lift taking you to the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. Le refuge is a comfortable blend of old and new, with traditional Savoyard workmanship sitting alongside Nordic-inspired interiors & decoration. Gather up to 18 people in an authentic Savoyard chalet, renovated and perfectly equipped, in the heart of the village of Montriond, just a few minutes from Morzine and Avoriaz. After a day in the mountains (cycling, skiing, hiking, etc.), relax in the jacuzzi by the fireplace, enjoy the garden, and take advantage of the spacious living areas. The chalet has 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Restaurants, shops and shuttles are in the immediate vicinity.

Morzine Mountain Paradise, with wonderful hotub

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, (supplement for inter seasons and summer period) sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). The chalet is a self catering property and you are welcome to use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure. For larger groups there is the option of the studio apartment below the chalet. The studio sleeps 2.

Chalet Holtanna

Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
