We are inside a residential CONDOMINIUM with 9 HOUSES!!!! There are 3,000 meters of land. If you want peace and quiet, to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and breathe fresh air, come and visit our home. Our gourmet space is delicious.

A mixed house, wood and masonry, a natural water pool straight from the Serra... a gourmet area with a barbecue... a wood stove... with a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. A simple but cozy house, clean, with fans in all rooms, a very quiet place, easy access on the edge of the asphalt. Now we also have a cozy corner for the cold winter days to warm up a fire and eat a pine cone on the plate and roast corn on the grill. We also have a smart TV.
