This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

The house is inside a farmhouse, the entrance and the main courtyard are shared, but you have a private west-facing garden, independent and not overlooked. You also have an outdoor space sheltered on the courtyard side for sharing your meals.
