Cozy apartment for up to 5 people in the beautiful Bergisches Land. With separate bedroom, private entrance and terrace. Pure country life and yet only about 30 km to Cologne and Bonn. For those seeking peace and quiet or business travelers. Much offers a variety of activities: hiking, e-biking, cycling, golf course, forest swimming pool, horseback riding. Wellness, canoeing/kayaking on the Sieg/Agger rivers, SUP...several reservoirs are nearby. Bus stop 2 minutes walk (busses to Siegburg ICE connection)

The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.
