If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in the right place. The apartment is part of a half-timbered ensemble, a former farm, lovingly and ecologically restored. It is 40 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. If you want to travel with children, there is the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room.

The modern apartment (46 square meters) is beautifully located in nature and invites you to relax. With a separate entrance and parking, you will find your peace and relaxation in a bright and quiet atmosphere. A terrace, a conservatory and a sauna (bookable separately) are also part of the lovingly furnished apartment. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

The apartment is stylish, high quality and fully furnished and is wonderful for a short as well as for a longer period. Laundry can be washed, dried and ironed if necessary. The kitchen is also fully equipped and ready for use. Recommendations for the better restaurants and delivery service are also available in a folder.
