Living room with double bed, sitting area, fireplace, TV. The next room is a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a toilet and a bathroom - shower. The heating is in the bathroom floor. Elsewhere with air conditioning, a romantic fireplace in the living room to fine-tune the atmosphere. Fire pit, gas grill. Outdoor hot tub. It is not possible to have celebrations and parties.

The farm is secluded by the forest, about 1 km from the village close to the ponds. Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance.
