Genieße im autarken Tiny Haus die Natur und den sensationellen Ausblick Richtung Traunstein, Grünberg und in die Ferne. Versuche dich in einem nachhaltigerem Lebensstil, indem du die Ressourcen bewusst nutzt. Unsere Hühner und 4 Zwergesel sind im Hang unterhalb/neben dem Tiny Hause angesiedelt. Im Tiny Haus erwartet dich eine Küchenzeile, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Loft mit Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch im Wohnraum. Vor dem Haus kannst du gemütlich ausspannen und die Sonne genießen.

Ubytování na samotě - Apartmán "U Tesařů"

Nabízíme ubytování v nově zrekonstruovaném apartmánu – původně vejminku - na staré hospodářské usedlosti poblíž obce Komařice v Jižních Čechách. Hospodářství se nachází na samotě u lesa, cca 1 km od obce v těsné blízkosti rybníků. Apartmán je situován v samostatném objektu s vlastním vchodem, což zaručuje soukromí nezávisle na stálých obyvatelích rodiny. K dispozici vám bude obývací pokoj s manželskou postelí a rozkládacím gauče, plně vybavená kuchyň, záchod a koupelna se sprchovým koutem.

Chata u Lipna, jacuzzi, terasa, gril, eko topení

Jacuzzi, víno na přivítanou. Chata (4 osoby+ 1 přistýlka) je blízko soukromé pláže pro osadníky. Chata se skládá z kuchyně s indukční deskou, troubou, mikrovlnkou, lednicí. Dále obývací pokoj s dvojlůžkem, posezením, krbem, TV. Další místnost je ložnice se 2 lůžky. K dispozici je toaleta a koupelna - sprcha. Vytápění je v koupelně podlahové. Jinde klimatizací, v obýváku romantický krb k doladění atmosféry. Ohniště, plynový gril. Venkovní jacuzzi. Není možné pořádat oslavy a párty.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Město Rožmberk nad Vltavou je jen 2,5 km daleko. Zde je možné navštívit hrad Rožmberk nebo si v letních měsících splout řeku Vltavu.

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
