Your Holiday Home CoCo is located in the small City of Haltern am See, in southern Münsterland region. Just a few steps from "The Haard", a large forest area, is it the ideal place for relaxation or action. Lakes and rivers offers several water sports possibilities. A close by Mountain Bike Course, a Climbing Park and lots of hiking trails offers sportive holiday experiences. The spacious and modern furnished apartment was completed in 2023 and is a Non-Smoking apartment. Pets are welcome.

In the renovated half-timbered house lies this exceptional maisonette, exuding traditional charm and featuring healthy, sustainable materials. A lounge area connects the first bedroom with a shower room and WC. A wood staircase leads to the impressive living and dining loft, complete with a kitchen and access to the spacious rooftop terrace. The upper level includes a fitness area, a second bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a second WC, and flexible sleeping arrangements for families.

Tiny House

Das Studio ist brandneu und befindet sich in unserem Garten. Direkt angrenzend gibt es einen Solar beheizten Pool (April bis Oktober), welcher von Gästen gerne benutzt werden darf. Zudem können Gäste unsere Fasssauna (10 EUR/2h) nutzen. Dazu gibt es eine ganzjährig beheizte Außendusche. Die Tiny Garage wird mittels Fuß und Wandheizung versorgt. Fahrräder können von uns ausgeliehen werden um die Umgebung zu erkunden wie die niederländische Grenze sowie das Naturschutzgebiet Zwillbrocker Venn.

Our exclusive property on a quiet dead end street in Hamm, completely renovated and up to date. The ground floor offers a spacious living/dining area with open kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room and guest toilet. Covered sun terrace, jacuzzi & SwimSpa invite you to BBQ moments. The garden with sauna offers privacy. In the basement there is a lounge/party area, a bedroom with fitness corner and wellness bath. Equipment: smart home, photovoltaic, two parking spaces in front of the house.

High-quality furnished and equipped apartment on the 1st floor of the old carriage house with separate Entrance and terrace approx. 8 km from the cathedral. The farm has its own well drinking water. We generate most of our electricity via our photovoltaic system and the geothermal collectors in our deer meadow for our wild neighbours, who will certainly visit you. The city of Münster charges an accommodation tax of 4.5% per night. Please pay this in cash when you arrive.
