It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. Dit unieke zwembadhuis ligt midden in hartje Borne. Hierbij kunt u genieten van verschillende wellness mogelijkheden. U kunt genieten van uw rust in een bosrijke omgeving. Daarnaast bevindt het centrum van Borne zich op loopafstand. Het zwembadhuis is 500 m2 groot en beschikt over een terras van 250 m2, twee slaapkamers, badkamer, sauna, stoomsauna, zwembad, jacuzzi, regendouche, professionele zonnebank, wasmogelijkheden, keuken, koelkast, ruime woonkamer, gas en houtskoolgrill.

Guest wooden house at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. It offers space for up to 3/4 people on approx. 45 sqm. Downstairs is an open area where the kitchen and living room, including the guest bed, are located. The bathroom with shower is in the next room. One bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m) is located in a separate room. A ladder leads to the attic, which can also be used as a sleeping area. The covered terrace invites you to linger, as well as a fenced outdoor area.

You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.
