Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

The 100 Castles Route passes by a short distance away, ideal for cyclists. The train station is within walking distance, (approx. 10 min.) Shopping and bakery about 500 meters away. Feel-good idyll in the old Davensberg train station

Time out in the historic Davensberg train station. The station is perched on a hill between a nature reserve and the Davert. Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. Fiber optic Internet, satellite TV programs on 55" screen & Bose sound system. We want you to feel comfortable and make (almost) everything possible for you.

The 2-room loft for up to 5 (max. 6) people in Münster is characterized by its unique location at the city harbor. Its modern, industrial design with open floor plans, high ceilings and large windows creates a spacious atmosphere. The loft is well equipped, including a modern kitchen and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Guests can enjoy the proximity to local attractions, restaurants, clubs and shops.

Old building charm for individualists

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST.
