Hiking, cycling, boating, various places (Arnhem, Doesburg) as well as various museums and, among other things, citizens can be reached within ten minutes. Various restaurants at hand.

Airbnb prices are excluding use of gas and electricity (energy supplier rate).

Vacation home by the lake

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. The cottages can be rented individually or together. Use of the sauna garden can be booked on site.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Come and enjoy this nice and one of a kind place. An entire house. A spacious garden to play and enjoy the tranquility. Alone, two of you, the family, family, friends; very welcome. Take beautiful cycling and hiking tours in the floodplains. Close to the coziness of Nijmegen, shopping and dining at 15 min bike (2 bikes available). The house has a sleeping floor for 5 people, another cot can be added. There is one bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining table.

Peace, space, enjoyment with a view of the water

The house is fully equipped and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cosy verandas, one of which has a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton!

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.
