Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Pure Giethoorn, at its best!

In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is surrounded by nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the peace, space and nature.

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with sorrows. The A-Frame house offers a lot of privacy with 2 acres of garden. The house on the lake has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. On the terrace there is a BBQ available excl. Gas bottle.

Our vacation home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with many beautiful hiking, biking and fishing opportunities. A place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Attention stork fans and nature lovers! This newly renovated and modern but cozily furnished property is located in the green Sword Geisecke. Surrounded by the Ruhrauen, on the Ruhrtalradweg, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be watched here while baling and breeding.

You stay in a former forge from +-1870 in a beautiful, historic and very quiet area. This "blacksmith" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious house. Ideal as a base for various natural or sports trips, or as your 'home away from home' when you temporarily need a second accommodation. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited rectory. Wonderfully quiet!
