Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Our cottage is nestled in the park landscape of the Münsterland in the immediate vicinity of the Dortmund-Ems Canal and at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our hüsken offers direct access to the private garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, car parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11kW is available on the premises at a cost price.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Within a few minutes walk you can reach the castle, the city center, the university and the old town. The modern apartment is located in a back house in the quiet courtyard. I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
