From Karuizawa, more than 1 hour drive, 1 hour from Kusatsu.1 hour by bus from Ueda station. There is no public transportation to Nagano.Less than 1 hour from Nagano Station by car, 1 hour to Zenkoji Temple, about 1 hour and a half to Togakushi. There is a convenience store, post office, etc. in the Sugadaira Kogen about 7 minutes by car. The nearest hot spring is about 20-minute drive away.
