Kurohime Ski Slope is a 5-minute ski from the hotel, and there are numerous ski slopes within a 30-minute radius, offering a variety of terrain to enjoy. We offer free rental of a simple BBQ stand and fire pit. On bad weather days, you can play darts, Jenga, and ping-pong indoors, or visit the nearby hot springs and sauna. In the forest, insects and animals coexist. Snow can be troublesome. Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
