A big front porch with seating, outside shower, washer/dryer, and WiFi. 1st floor entrance with 2 bedrooms, full bath, den and small kitchen. (NOTE: No cable tv. , <7ft. ceilings downstairs with lower beam.)

This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.
