Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Room In Stunning Cottage with Pool and Ocean Views

This is a room with a private full bath in a very high end luxury home. Located in Tom Nevers, about 15 min drive from town, but walking distance to the best beaches on the island, and 5 min drive to Sconset (store, 3 restaurants). We call our home "Pinch Me" because it's our dream house, so we expect guests to treat it as we would: with respect and care. Heated lap pool, and outdoor grill/stone patio. We have a french bulldog, who is SUPER mellow and basically just sits around looking adorable

No Pets! Your own private escape for your Nantucket vacation. This home embodies all that makes Nantucket special. Designed by an interior designer, the open and bright living spaces are great for families small and large. It is located near Miacomet Golf Course, Cisco Brewery and close to town and beaches. Enjoy Miacomet Beach or grill dinner on the outdoor patio! There’s an outdoor shower for after the beach. Ensuite bath in the master bedroom. * Seasonal stays are 7 nights-Sat. to Sat.

East end of island relaxation

Private queen bedroom including television with SHARED bath (if other room is rented) This is a OUT OF TOWN LOCATION in the area of Quidnet. Closest restaurant/store is 2-5 miles.(Wauwinet and Sconset) Great location for peacefulness and beach time. Come to relax and unwind. AC in room.. 7 MILES FROM TOWN. CAR IS RECOMMENDED Uber/Taxis are availbable. NO MINIMUM STAY as most places required 2 or more night stay. We give the opportunity for those visiting to spend a night on the island.

Best Harbor Views-50' sailboat

Swimming off the back of the boat in this warm weather is a great way to cool off and start or end your day. The water is just cool enough to make it interesting and refreshing for the first few minutes! Then breakfast in the cockpit with a good pitcher of just pressed hot coffee, toasted bagels and croissants with jam and maybe some fruit on the side. Then off to shore to explore all Nantucket has to offer...a short launch ride lands you on Straight Wharf, the downtown marina and Main St.

This 1829 cottage has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with a series of charming rooms and entertaining outdoor spaces. Entry to the living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, full bath with laundry, kitchen with fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious deck. Master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has French doors that open onto a spacious deck which offers privacy for outdoor entertaining. Private bath. 2nd FL: Two bedrooms which share a full bath.
