One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our Kernhof is idyllically located, a wonderfully quiet place, away from transit traffic and yet central for excursions to the mountains, or to the nearby bishop's town of Bressanone. In our park there are many ways to play and linger (children's playground, football, volleyball, table tennis, trampoline). On request (please ask before arrival), you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the "Zummüllerhof" holiday home right next door. In summer, we host weekly barbecues.
