This apartment is really recommended 😊 Very large and super equipped with everything you need . Clean and very comfortable. We stayed in Gerlos for a week and felt very comfortable. The dear caretaker Eliska takes very good care of well-being. Not only did we expect nice , cozy clean apartment, but also bottle of wine, something sweet and what to nibble 😉 Thank you Eliska ! The location is ideal. Directly in the village on the street but in the evening is very quiet and you can spend time outside on the large balcony, of course also during the day. 😃 There are several restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend the Dahoum.202. Simply great and delicious ! Same restaurant von Jägerhof👌🏼. I will definitely be back and book this apartment 😃 Oh dear ... forgot to mention the great sauna! We booked the place as a group of friends: it was really successful. We were personally and warmly welcomed by the hosts, equipped with great recommendations for the place, and there was always a quick and helpful response to later inquiries. The only idea for improvement would be an easier to use TV system. Thanks for the great week! We will come back for the next vacation in Saalbach.

This place is so cool that I don't understand why Koreans don't know this place. There is even a sauna where you can eat while watching the beautiful Lake Alleghe and relieve the fatigue of your body. Highly recommend,

Beautiful location in a very peaceful setting. The apartment is in beautiful condition. We enjoyed the sauna and being close to the ski lifts. Francesca met us at the apartment and gave us a very thorough explanation of the property. We would recommend.

We stayed at Cristina’s place for 4 nights with our two young kids ages 4 and 19 months. Her place was amazing! So beautiful and clean! The scenery was breathtaking. Cristina was a wonderful host and had great recommendations! She even went above and beyond and let our kids play in her outdoor water fountain and brought our kids legos to play with. She made us feel right at home! We loved playing outside and just looking at the beautiful mountains.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment and I can only report positives! The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is just perfect,quiet and yet not far from restaurants and leisure activities. The amenities were top notch: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to my next visit!

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. It was positioned in beautiful surroundings and far enough from the main road, that we couldn’t hear it. The house was spacious and perfect for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals. The house was super clean and welcoming. There were several hiking trails in the immediate surrounding of the house and a 5 min drive for groceries.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

The property is very luxuriously furnished. We felt very comfortable. The spa is an eye-catcher. Kitzbühel can be reached in 5 minutes by car, so all shopping facilities. Host has always been available. The only point of criticism is: proximity to the main road. The car noises can be heard on the balcony or on the terrace.

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

Dear Julian, thank you for hosting us in your chalets for 2 days. You can clearly see that they worked here with a lot of love for detail. Furthermore, the quiet location is really special, at almost 1400 m altitude. The journey via the Mendel Pass is worthwhile, especially when the weather is nice, South Tyrol is literally at your feet. Even if there were questions at a late hour, we were even fully cared for by phone, in addition to AirBnB. I was also allowed to ask questions in advance, which were handled in a very dedicated manner. Thank you very much and finally again an absolute recommendation to all the participants!
