Amenities: New kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, soda streamer. Washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Sofa bed 1.4 m x 2.0 m. 2 x bed linens. Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

I rent out my son's apartment, who now lives abroad. It is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in Handschuhheim, an idyllic district of Heidelberg. The apartment has two rooms, a living-bedroom (single bed and sofa bed) with a large workplace, a kitchen-living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. It is approx. 3 minutes to public transport and by tram you can reach the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes.

You can expect the comfort you want for a few days of vacation (or a business trip). You can reach the apartment itself via about 70 stairs (so it is not barrier-free), south-west hillside location with separate entrance. Welcome!
