The historic half-timbered house is nestled in an unusually well-preserved medieval town with intact city walls, a castle ruin, from whose battlements you can see far into the country and an adventurous castle tunnel that leads to the foot of the fountain, on a cone-shaped mountain, which is surrounded by the Neckar on three sides. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
