Monthly Rentals in Neptune City

We liked how the place was near the beach and how clean it was upon arrival. Nancy was quick to answer any of our questions. The cottage was charming, and Nancy was friendly to interact with. We would stay there again.

The Compound was a wonderful stay! Former NJ natives we needed a place to feel at home and close to our old haunts- with our young kids, and be able to have our family and friends stop in to see us. This was the perfect place. Lynn has thought of everything and provides everything. I have never seen an air bnb with so much! Truly a wonderful place. Everywhere you'd need something it was already there- from hooks to hang things- to laundry baskets- to first aid kit. We are avid cleaners so having the cleaning stuff accessible was key with a 4 year old and 19month old. The tvs were so easy to operate- wifi worked amazingly. My husband had to WFH so he set up a mini office in the basement. It worked perfectly! Amazing wifi all around the property. Backyard is so welcoming- so much space to play & hang out. The outdoor lights are so pretty and on a timer! The GARAGE is THE spot! Amazing bonus! we all had some good times in there-just perfect! Cannot wait to stay again! Thanks Lynn!

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish. Kind, helpful, and respectful. His condo was well taken care of and clean, exactly as he had shown in the ad. honesty, if i could have rented forever, I would. please book with him, you'll get a great place to stay and an amazing host.

Michele was a great host. She was extremely communicative leading up to and during our stay. She even allowed us to check in several hours early on Thanksgiving which was extremely helpful for our holiday plans. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and Michele had a fresh bowl of water waiting for them upon arrival and a dog bed in the living room. Being able to used the fenced yard was a great perk as well. The cottage was as described and had anything we could need during our stay. My only minor ‘complaint’ would be that the small couch in the living room was a bit uncomfortable and hard to fit two adults while relaxing. However, it did not impact our overall stay and we would absolutely stay with her again.
