Chaparra: Freedom, tranquility, super view, cozy!

A beautiful, bright house in Riogordo which we love to share with other epicureans! The house has a phenomenal view over the mountains and valley. A build-up swimming pool, large terrace with a lovely porch and an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. The house is 30 minutes from the sea and Malaga and Malaga airport. Granada, Cordoba and Seville are an hour and a half and 2 hours away. Sierra Nevada, where it is great skiing, also 2 hours drive. Apartment Alegría for 2 pers. can be rented. Welcome!

The lovely 90 sqm renovated Bungalow is located on the beachfront. It´s constructed on the famous Torremolinos cliff called "La Roca", located between "La Carihuela" and "El Bajandolillo" beaches, from where the most stunning sea views of the "Costa del Sol" can be seen. It´s on a green private ground, with direct beach access via a private lift or staircase. The swimming pool has also sea views. It´s only 5 min walking distance from the center of Torremolinos and 10 min away from Malaga Airport

The property is a 16 minute (9.8 km) drive from Torrox costa which has a long stretch of beach and promenade with its night life, diverse restaurants and bars. The town of Nerja is 20 minute (14km) drive. Malaga airport is 50 minutes (66km) away by car. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers alike as the property is in the countryside there are many walking routes to be discovered. Hire car necessary. Good access less than 2 minutes from the main road.
