Monthly Rentals in Nerja

We really loved our stay here; the studio was perfectly situated in Nerja with easy access to the coast and equally good access to local restaurants and bars. The studio was immaculate and provided a very comfortable base for our stay: would highly recommend.

I stayed in Melanie's apartment for 7 weeks from October 1st to November 17th. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Everything and more that was needed was in the apartment. The terrace was spacious and had everything required. The shared pool remained ooen during my stay andcwas very quiet. Most times I had the pool to myself. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned regularity. It was a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Nerja but there is also a bus stop at the top of the road with a regular Frigiliana-Nerja service. All in all it was the perfect apartment for my needs. Melanie and Lynn were very quick to respobd to the few questions that I had. Thank you Melanie and Lynn

Jan's apartment was very comfy, clean, well appointed and with great views looking over Nerja and out to sea. It felt like staying at somebody's personal place through all the charming details, tasteful furniture and fittings. If you have the weather there are also great outdoor terrace areas with seating and even a barbecue. A car is helpful and parking is fine. Also a taxi back from the town centre is very affordable so you can all relax and have a drink if that suits. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jan (who also communicates very well).

Had a lovely stay at Residensol. The apartment was perfect. It was well equipped, clean and modern, very light and airy with lovely views over the mountains to the rear. The apartment overlooked the pool with immaculate grounds. Only 5 mins walk down to bars, restaurants and supermarket at Burriana beach, and about a 10 min walk into the centre of Nerja. Great quiet location. Would definitely stay again. Lisa a great host, good communication and very helpful. Perfect. Definitely top rating.
