Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

Cozy house perfect for a couple on vacation, Francesca was very kind from the beginning of the stay to the end. Located near the Downtown Neptune and a five-minute walk to the sea Highly recommended

Rosalba and Luce were very helpful and kind, they welcomed me so well that I felt like I was at home. Lots of beds and a large garden for the dog to play and the possibility of spending good moments outdoors. Highly recommended.

Pleasant accommodation, very spacious. The place is close to the RER station to get to Rome. Erika is very responsive and enjoyable. My family and I will be happy to come back. I recommend it.

Mr. Mariano met us with the check-in time and was available from the beginning to the end of the stay and even reserved parking for us in front of the house. The apartment is very nice and above all tidy and clean.

Our stay was short, but we had a wonderful time at Enole's place. The view of the lake is fantastic and the apartment was warm and comfortable (we were visiting in winter). Enole was a very kind and friendly host.

Of course, not particularly beautiful and in an uninterrupted courtesy but , inside , beautifully designed . Great room . Great breakfast! Recommended !

We visited Latina for over a weekend. Edwige's place was very nice and communication with Edwige and her son Andrea was always quick and straightforward. Both were always nice and helpful. In the accommodation there is a small kitchenette where you can cook simple dishes but it is only sporade furnished. The place is new and very clean, check-in was straightforward. By car, it is very straightforward in Latina, if you come by train you have to take a bus from the train station.

We had the greatest 3day stay in the B&B of Luca and Daniele. The swimming pool is just magnificent, together with the super pretty relaxing garden area. Room and en-suite bathroom were perfect too. Breakfast is nice, accompanied with a great coffee. Hosting by Luca and Daniele is top! b&b is not far located from some good day trips although you can just spend the whole day at the pool as well since it’s so nice over there. Home away from home!

We had a really good time, we left with slightly high expectations, from the description and photos, and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic location, in the middle of greenery but not too secluded, comfortable apartment with what you need, and even something more (tea and coffee available for guests). But what made the difference was especially the outdoor spaces, the garden, and the pool. Paolo and Julia were great hosts. Their dog Lia, polite and never intrusive, my daughter fell in love with it! We were so sorry to have to leave. We highly recommend it, we hope to have a chance to go back

Alessandra was a very nice host. She greeted us on the street and helped us find the house. The house was quite clean and cleaned every day. He answered our questions quickly. The location of the house is very convenient that the train station is at the bottom. But there is no transportation other than the train. You need to freeze back in the house early in the evening. Close to Rome but not much around the house. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away. Everything was perfect except for the location. Alessandra was a very sweet person. Kopek, his housemate, was also very friendly. The design of the house was very sweet and would meet all your needs.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Would love to come back. Beautiful house and rooms. Excellent service. Giant pool and garden, enjoyed every minute.

Our first day in Italy on right foot. The place is 1 hour away from Rome airport on our way to Naples. Every thing was very good.

In the historic center with a large roof terrace where you have great views and can relax. Also inside are beautiful spaces. I stayed here after a day of hiking on Via Francigena and can recommend this place to everyone.
