Apartment 3rd floor with private garage

Nice apartment located at the 3rd floor with private garage. The balcony is big enough to eat outside and has a nice view on the countryside. On a clear day you can see the ocean which is about 30km far. It takes 5 minutes to reach the train station (15-20 minutes walking) , from which you can go to Rome. Velletri is also nicely located to visit the area in the south of Latium such as the Castelli Romani, Sermoneta and the Parco del Circeo coast

You can access the beach directly from the house by means of a lift and you will find a beach service with a beach umbrella and two sunbeds included in your stay during the summer period. Every comfort is available for your stay ( wifi with 300 mega fibre, excellent for those who need a data connection ) Large level terrace facing the sea .
