Love staying at Francesca’s place. We are repeat visitors and it’s always as described. She also maintains the place nicely - on this latest trip we noticed multiple pieces of upgraded furniture and cute flowers in previously-empty planters. We’ll be back again in the future!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded to all of our messages within minutes. The location is right by the beach and there is lots to do in the area. It is also 5mins away from the subway station that gets you yo Ostia and Rome in no time. The price was unbeatable!! We would love to come back again :)

A great, private, residential location about 10 minutes from the airport. We only stayed one night, before a trip back home, and having something so close to the airport was wonderful. Very secure entry to a single floor unit (no need to carry luggage up and down steps!) was an added bonus.

We stayed the week from August 18 to 25... We were two families. We had a great time. The villa is fantastic, especially a patio where you can eat and stay in the garden to get cool in the evening... the house is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine, each room has air conditioning... house in a strategic position in a moment by the sea and in a moment you can visit Rome go to the island of Ponza, etc., etc... Judith a fantastic person helped me with every request. He even found parking in the center of Rome restaurants where I could eat, in short, we were very satisfied... I recommend Giuditta's villa to everyone...

This was the perfect space for a family vacation! My family and I picked this place so we can all stay there together to celebrate my moms wedding. This property was a dream. Very clean, charming, spacious, and great location. We loved our stay there. We rented all of the house but that was more than enough. We even had extra beds. Definitely a big home. The owner was super sweet, and the person in charge of the rental were super easy to deal with. The check inn and the check out were super easy. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Super nice hosts, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. The hose is big, lost of space and nice interiors. The garden is beautiful. The beach is near by, approximately 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Oswald in August 2024. The house is perfectly located between Rome and the beach (each 25 min drive). Which is ideal if you need a quite, isolated place but also easily accessible if you want to visit and other activities. The house is fully equiped and we even enjoyed making BBQ in the garden. As remote workers, the internet connexion is good enough even for online meetings and the house has a lot of different rooms you can work from. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will come back.

very nice exteriors with a magnificent view. access by a small private path to a beach. restaurant below the house very nice (a little noisy on Saturday night for us). Daniela and Erik are very responsive. very nice house. a few items to renovate.. electricity and bathroom. a very nice stay for our family with our 4 children.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! The villa is really large, and well-structured with the 3 units that, although separate, are all close together. Perfect welcome and flexible check-in time, everything super clean and tidy. Agostino has always been available to us for any need. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the pool because it was under maintenance, which would have been the icing of an already fantastic cake.

Ivano was immediately warm and kind from the moment we booked the house. We were a fairly large group of people and despite this Ivano did everything to meet our needs. The house is wonderful and we had a very nice New Year's Eve. I highly recommend it

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Very nice villa for a big family, great if you have a car, private parking, nice patio and front yard.

It was a little tricky to get transportation from the airport in Rome to Fabio‘s place, but we were eventually able to procure a taxi to get us there. A short drive from the airport, but a long walk, the location is in a nice residential neighborhood. However, we found a gem of a restaurant (Tre Nodi) within an easy 10 minute walk, located right on the beach….I felt transported to the Caribbean! You will hear the sound of planes overhead, as long as that doesn’t bother you, but the pool/yard is a delightful treat! Fabio was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and the house is spacious, with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. we were only there for one night, but it seems to have everything stocked in the kitchen, with an espresso maker and snacks for us!

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

Had a wonderful 10 night stay in this lovely location. Without doubt, the best aspect of the rental is the 15m pool, which is so unusual for a small size property. The location is very private, it is not overlooked at all by the few neighbours. The owners live a few km away, so we had the place entirely to ourselves, apart from the resident friendly dog and a few cats. Nerina (the dog) liked being around us, but was never intrusive. She does sometimes bark at things in the night. There is lots of covered area, which was essential for us in July, with a large selection of places to sit and relax. Cushions were provided for the loungers, and we spent many happy hours on the swing seat which was very comfortable. The house itself is full of the owner’s mementos, and although compact was comfortable. The single a/c unit in the lounge was OK for keeping the place cool in the evenings, including the bedroom which doesn’t have (or really need) it’s own unit. There is no oven in the small kitchen, so we had to take care when deciding what to cook. The owners came by each evening to feed the dog, water the plants, and tidy up outside. They were never intrusive, and their English was much better than our very poor Italian. Definitely somewhere we would consider returning to if we come back to this part of Italy.
