This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Innanzitutto vorrei spendere 2 parole carine per Aldo che è stato gentile ad accoglierci anche avendo fatto noi tardi. Simpatico e disponibile a darci info su come e dove spostarci e mangiare. La casa di Aldo è pulita, grande e non ci manca nulla per quanto riguarda i servizi essenziali. C'è posto auto in loco (comodo per chi come noi ha bambini) ed è immersa nel verde, in un contesto tranquillo ma ben collegato e vicino al centro. Grazie mille di tutto :-)

La casa di Elena è in posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative e si è rivelata comoda per raggiungere e visitare la citta', volendo però soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo. Ringrazio Elena per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

Fausto was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay very much. And we greatly appreciated that he booked a very early morning taxi for us to the airport.

We hebben een hele leuke week gehad in het prachtige huis van Emiliana. Op loopafstand van het strand met hele leuke beachbars. Op feestdagen en in het weekend met mooi weer kan het wel heel erg druk worden in Fregene. Als je echt voor de rust gaat vermijd je dus best deze dagen maar de prachtige grote tuin waar je kunt in ontsnappen maakt dat weer goed. Emiliana was heel gastvrij, reageerde direct op berichten en er was zelfs een welkomstmandje met fruit, brood, koffie,... Zeker een aanrader!

très beaux extérieurs avec une vue magnifique. accès par un petit chemin privé sur une plage. restaurant en dessous de la maison très sympa (un peu bruyant dans la nuit du samedi soir nous concernant). Daniela et Erik sont très réactifs. maison très agréable. quelques éléments à rénover.. electricite et salle de bain. un très bon séjour pour notre famille avec nos 4 enfants.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

La villa è davvero grande, e ben strutturata con le 3 unità che, anche se separate, sono tutte ravvicinate tra di loro. Accoglienza perfetta e orario di check in flessibile, tutto super pulito ed ordinato. Agostino è sempre stato a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a goderci la piscina perché in manutenzione, che sarebbe stata la ciliegina di una già fantastica torta.

Oste gentile e presente per ogni cosa! La migliore scelta possibile per un week end indimenticabile in una location mozzafiato e rilassante! Validissimo

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello. My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

It was a little tricky to get transportation from the airport in Rome to Fabio‘s place, but we were eventually able to procure a taxi to get us there. A short drive from the airport, but a long walk, the location is in a nice residential neighborhood. However, we found a gem of a restaurant (Tre Nodi) within an easy 10 minute walk, located right on the beach….I felt transported to the Caribbean! You will hear the sound of planes overhead, as long as that doesn’t bother you, but the pool/yard is a delightful treat! Fabio was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and the house is spacious, with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. we were only there for one night, but it seems to have everything stocked in the kitchen, with an espresso maker and snacks for us!

Very elegant place, amazing garden and the host is very friendly and supportive. Although it’s not near the downtown but it worth commuting. I would definitely visit them again.

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war super und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Massimo ist leicht zu erreichen und es gab Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants. Nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful 10 night stay in this lovely location. Without doubt, the best aspect of the rental is the 15m pool, which is so unusual for a small size property. The location is very private, it is not overlooked at all by the few neighbours. The owners live a few km away, so we had the place entirely to ourselves, apart from the resident friendly dog and a few cats. Nerina (the dog) liked being around us, but was never intrusive. She does sometimes bark at things in the night. There is lots of covered area, which was essential for us in July, with a large selection of places to sit and relax. Cushions were provided for the loungers, and we spent many happy hours on the swing seat which was very comfortable. The house itself is full of the owner’s mementos, and although compact was comfortable. The single a/c unit in the lounge was OK for keeping the place cool in the evenings, including the bedroom which doesn’t have (or really need) it’s own unit. There is no oven in the small kitchen, so we had to take care when deciding what to cook. The owners came by each evening to feed the dog, water the plants, and tidy up outside. They were never intrusive, and their English was much better than our very poor Italian. Definitely somewhere we would consider returning to if we come back to this part of Italy.

This was a beautiful house, would 100% recommend. Small touches like the upstairs air con and mosquito nets on all the windows made it so much more pleasant. The pool and garden is just beautiful - photos don't do it justice actually. Really really lovely place, saving up to visit again!!!
