Our apartment is located in a very small village in an idyllic valley of the Werra-Meißner district, in the middle of Germany. Here you will find peace and quiet... paired with the luxury of a completely ecologically renovated, stylish apartment. You have 90 square meters of living space, a private entrance and a beautiful, large terrace for yourself. Clay walls and floor/or wall heating create a living environment to breathe. Renovation and furnishing was done with a lot of love for detail. Simply feel good!

Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people awaits you, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden at the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. The "Kleine Auszeit" can be found in idyllic Atzenhausen (245 inhabitants). The southernmost town of the municipality of Rosdorf is conveniently located between two connections of the A7 and the A38. (Dreieck Drammetal 4 km / Hedemünden 6 km). A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Welcome to Reckershausen! I am pleased to introduce you to our cozy apartment, which is located in a picturesque location near the border triangle of Lower Saxony, Thuringia and Hesse. The transport connection is excellent, the A38 and A7 highways are within easy reach. Friedland train station is only about 5 km away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Leine-Heide cycle path passes directly by our village. Secure bicycle parking is available.
