Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Lovingly & comfortably furnished apartment in a rural location with great transport links to Kassel, Göttingen & Hanover. The A7, A38 and B27 are each only 5 minutes away. Göttingen city center & the train station can be reached in a quarter of an hour. Cyclists get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it leads right past our front door. We are a seven-member patchwork family with some cattle, live & work on our farm & look forward to seeing you soon!

The southernmost town of the municipality of Rosdorf is conveniently located between two connections of the A7 and the A38. (Dreieck Drammetal 4 km / Hedemünden 6 km). A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.
