The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment has a small terrace, plenty of storage space and a modern bathroom with a smart toilet and bidet. For your well-being, there is a Dyson hairdryer at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy.

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.

The new wooden house in our yard offers the opportunity for a relaxing stay. A double bed as a bunk bed and a sofa bed are available for the night. In the kitchenette there is a fridge and a stove, The porch leads to the bathroom. In summer, it is possible to share the directly adjacent pool; a large fireplace invites you to a campfire. On request, breakfast and/or other meals can also be booked in addition.

And it is also cozy and chic. A large and covered terrace invites you to linger outside. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180 and 160). If you are traveling with a baby, everything important can be provided.

Stroll through the Neugrabener market and spend the evening reviewing the day in nature while barbecuing and planning another on the Elbe.
