The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The newly renovated 55 m² apartment on the Siglhof in the nature and hiking paradise of Samerberg is the ideal accommodation to relax or to actively explore the beautiful landscape. In the spacious new bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub or refresh yourself under the floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A small balcony in the courtyard overlooking the forests of the adjacent Dandlberg invites you to linger. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the apartment door.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This small 3-room apartment is located at the foot of the picturesque market square of Neubeuern. Due to the special room layout, the different ceiling heights, the additional wood-burning stove and the individual room design, this "upper room" gets a certain "nest character." Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

The romantic, individually and lovingly furnished apartment in the quiet, charming artist's house has a large balcony with magical views of the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts in an enchanted garden where you can enjoy the day or cozy evenings either in the cool lounge or on the wooden terrace. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.
