My accommodation is well suited for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children). At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Beautiful 2-room apartment overlooking the garden

This spacious and cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance invites you to relax and unwind. Nearby is the Kocher-Jagst cycle path. The view goes into the green garden. In 3 minutes on foot you can reach the sociable Pizzeria Kochertal, where delicious food and drinks are served. In just 5 minutes by car you are in the center of Neuenstadt with highway connection A 81. In about 10 minutes you can reach the entrance to Neckarsulm, in about 25 minutes to Heilbronn.

Small apartment located directly on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal bike path. On picturesque trails along the Jagst, you will explore the beautiful scenery. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and paddling stand up. The newly renovated apartment on the top floor is quietly and centrally located in the middle of vineyards in the Weinsberg district of Gellmersbach. The bright and spacious attic apartment has a very large living room with access to a private balcony. Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
