Our modern & spacious house (150 square meters of living space) in the eastern part of Hamburg (20 minutes to the HH main station) is the ideal starting point for city sightseeing in Hamburg as well as spontaneous beach trips to the Baltic Sea, which you can easily reach in 40 minutes by car.

The house with large garden is located in Rahlstedt, on the outskirts of Hamburg, walking distance to Euro-FH, University of Applied Sciences, and close to Studio Hamburg. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city centre by regional train. The Höltigbaum nature reserve is also within walking distance. You will find the encounter with nature and at the same time the proximity to the inspiring big city. There is, of course, Wi-Fi access. There is no TV in the rooms.

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Welcome to our charming North German brick house with red bricks. The 70 sqm in-law is upstairs. Our detached house offers a perfect balance between privacy and hospitality as we live on the ground floor with our family. The property is a little back from the street, which creates a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our price includes all tourism taxes so you don't have an additional cost.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.

The light-flooded apartment is part of a townhouse. It is located on the 2nd floor with large terrace overlooking our garden. On the other 2 floors (ground floor + 1st floor) we live, a family with 2 children and a small dog. The apartment is still separate except for the passage and the stairs up.
