Quiet and clean. Laminate flooring is nice if you have a dog with you.

Great place and value. Two very separated and private rooms. Very clean, great heat, lots of space. Very convenient parking 10’ from private entrance. No issues, very easy entrance and exit. Very nice host. I'd book it again. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette, which for me is perfect. Im not cooking anything.

Great Stay Super Accommodating for our service dog even when she was talking to his doggies nice quiet place loves the patio/ porch area and the fact my wife did not have to walk far from car to door. would visit again

We had a great stay at this property. Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) found the place to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. While the windy weather kept us from fully enjoying the hot tub, it was still a great feature to have. We did encounter an issue with the washing machine on our last night, but Osmar was incredibly responsive and had it replaced with a brand-new one the very next. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this place for families or groups looking for a well-maintained and fun getaway in Las Vegas.

The house was clean, comfortable, and located close to lots of activities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and comfortable beds. The host communicated quickly and was very helpful!

Alan was a great host - always helpful and super quick to respond. Having a nice quiet spot to relax after days out in Red Rocks was super nice, especially with the great outdoor space and hot tub.

Just as described. Perfect for larger groups. Home was around 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do so I say a pretty good location as well. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Would stay again.

This Airbnb was convenient and a real pleasant surprise. It was close to the events I was in town for and quite comfortable!

One of the best Airbnb's I've rented. My family and I all slept well, had extra blankets and pillows, enough room for comfort, and the area was very peaceful. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Definitely recommend staying.

This place was nothing less than amazing. It was well stocked and decorated beautifully. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although we were not directly on the strip it was just a few steps away. I think I walked the strip more this time than I ever have being on the strip. The home is beautiful very comfortable and cozy. I definitely will be staying again. Only 8 minutes away from the airport.
