Monthly Rentals in New Haven

We just wanted to thank David for the perfect winter escape at Kaye's Cottage! Communication was great and he let us know he was there if we needed anything during some windy weather. Despite Mother Nature flirting with us one day, we were able to take advantage of excellent conditions and skiing at Cape Smokey after a fresh snowfall! The location is ideal and close to everything. The cottage is well stocked and is even nicer in person! Highly recommended this cozy cottage! We hope to be back to enjoy it in the summer!!

What a wonderful and comfortable rental. The loft master bedroom and bathroom had great views and were comfortable and private. The living space and bunk bedroom was very comfortable. FYI, couches are not pullouts if you're looking for an extra bed, there are three as advertised. The property is very scenic with mountains basically in the backyard and across the bay from the rental. Looking forward to our next visit.
